I had an outstanding experience at Snow and Rock Covent Garden, thanks to the fantastic team of Mike, Felix, and Will. Their exceptional service and expertise made my visit truly enjoyable. Mike, Felix, and Will were not only individually helpful but also exceptionally knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They took the time to understand my needs and provided valuable insights. What stood out the most was their friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I had a great shopping experience. They were patient with my questions, offered valuable recommendations, and made me feel like a valued customer throughout my visit. So disappointed with Snow & Rock. I’ve bought a snowboard and boots, clothes and gadgets. I’ve bought trainers and Garmins from Runners Need and always found the experience very good. Today I ordered a pair of skis online for pick up from the Covent Garden store. Drove an hour to the store only to be told it’s a stock error and followed by really poor customer service and now up to a 5 day wait for a refund. No meaningful apology for the mistake. Mistakes happen, but good customer service can keep the customer and unfortunately this just didn’t happen.

Visited Runners Need downstairs, for my first ever gait analysis appointment. Jess, the assistant was super friendly, very careful about an old now-recovered injury I mentioned, involved me in the analysis of and taught me about my running. She showed me a wide range of stability shoes that would suit my running style and why each one would benefit me of which I tried on about 5 or 6 and got to see how each one performed on the camera (her advice was spot on and even I could see the improvements!) She had plenty of time for me even in between helping other customers who walked in and even offered the use of the treadmill so that I could try on the shoes a second time. I didn't buy anything at that time but at no point did I ever feel pressured and I'm glad I can go away and have a think. I am more likely to come back and purchase them from RN now that I know what great service this store in particular offers. Jess is a credit to the business :)

Helpful staff. Sign in-store needs to change. Just says 'ski' you wouldn't know it does snowboarding kit too unless you know or you're inquisitive enough to head up to the 3rd floor. No lift from what I could see, btw

Went in to have my new snowboard boots heat moulded. Excellent service and interaction by the technicians in a busy environment. Highly recommended for ski and snowboard technical purchases.

Bit disappointed. Before my visit I had looked online and found a range of ski jackets that I wanted to see, try and buy. Sadly, I only found two that I expected (out of about ten!) and one of those wasn't in my size. Ok, the one member of staff - that asked how I was getting on - said that I could order something (while in store) for delivery to my home address (I was only in London for that day) but not being able to check out the others and being concerned about the "other" size and the potential hassle of "mail order" and returns, I couldn't progress.

I was very disappointed to not find the Sorel boots that I'd travelled in for - in my size or one larger. The website noted their availability, but the helpful sales asistant, Jess, said that they weren't. She looked up a nearby Cotswold store that apparently had some in stock. After a long wait at that Cotswold store we were told they weren't there either, and were advised to return to Snow + Rock Covent Garden as the system had stock there.. .. exactly as I had seen online! It would be far more helpful to not enable the "check store stock" function on the website if it's not accurate. With train strikes and illnesses on the rise prior to Christmas, this was an exceptionally frustrating waste of time! A snow/outdoor store that doesn't have snow boots right before snow season.. 🙄🤯

Went to Snow and Rock for a Ski Boot fitting. Mike had great knowledge, was genuine and tailored his recommendations to my requirements. I found the exact boots I needed. Ski equipment and clothing stock is lower at this time of year which is understandable. They are likely to have more from mid/late Oct apparently.
